For our client - a fintech company, we are looking for:
International Sales Director
Your responsibilities:
- Seeking and acquiring new customers,
- establishing and building relationships with new and current customers,
- building pipeline,
- diversifying sales activities,
- expanding verticals,
- expanding international customer network,
- conducting market research and analysis,
- developing sales plans and forecasts,
- monitoring key performance indicators,
- conducting sales meetings,
- creating reports on sales activities,
- analyzing sales results and proposing corrective actions and growth strategies,
- building the company's brand and image on the polish and foreign markets.
Our requirements:
- Min 5 years of experience in online product sales,
- strong skills in sales, business development and product management,
- experience in leading the sales process from customer acquisition to closing the sale,
- experience in Tech / Fintech / KYC / SaaS industry,
- fluent in spoken and written English (knowledge of another language is a plus),
- analytical skills,
- excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
- ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and to independently organize work in a remote model,
- ability to work in a team,
- experience in working with government agencies or financial institutions and knowledge of AML processes (is a plus),
- University degree in business, marketing, IT or related field (is a plus)
